职责描述：a) Provide day to day IT service support and problem solving, escalate more complex problems to higher level and follow up the result to users.b) Supervise and monitor outsourced helpdesk team performance according to KPIs. Develop operation procedure for routine jobs.c) Liaise with peers and sourcing partners in order to identify and resolve operational issues.d) Provide generic support to IT infrastructure. Like AD tools, virtualization platform, communication to local ISP, etc.e) Be familiar with internal system. Like OA system, EUP system, etc. working with team members and contribute to various IT input.f) Manage IT asset to ensure IT inventory records for hardware and software are accurately. Work with team members to maintain asset management process. Assist finance for annual/regular stock take. manage IT storage room in Chinag) Initial IT purchase request according to EUC requirement. Proactive sustain IT resilience to business. Be able to handle full circle of procurement process in professional &ampamp timely manner.h) Provide support to HO/ARO project deployment in China, collaborate with other team to complete project on time on schedulei) Proactively look at ways to improve service delivery to the business.j) Build and maintain strong relationship with sourcing partners and internal teams.k) Handle other tasks assigned by IT Manager/superior at ad-hoc basis岗位要求• Computer or engineering background• At least 10 years experiences as end user support in IT industry or end user environment. At least 5 years project experiences in IT environment.• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Windows 10, Office365 Suite, IE, Chrome, common remote access, desktop imaging and server management. Problem solving skills• Basic understanding in work, CCNA will be an advantage.• Good communication skill.• Good English in writing, listening and speaking. Microsoft related certificate holder is preferred• Experience with ITIL process and practice is preferred.
